This is the Matt Schofield signature model "MS SOV SPECIAL (MS-1V)", which was regrettably discontinued in 2013. In response to popular demand, the MS SOV (MS-2V) has been revived as a standard series model.
In order to revive the standard series, the HTS circuit, +/-15Vdc internal voltage booster, and other specs were retained, but all parts and production processes were reviewed and the sound was adjusted to reproduce the sound quality of the discontinued custom series in the standard series. The sound is fat, yet smooth. We hope you will experience the fat, yet smooth and wide-range sound of the "MS SOV".
The HTS (Holistic Tonal Solution) circuit comprehensively manages the signal from input to output.
Remarkable signal-to-noise ratio.
Highly reliable parts that are resistant to age-related changes are used for outstanding sound stability.

スタンダードシリーズとして復活するにあたり、HTSサーキットや、+/-15Vdcの内部昇圧等のスペックはそのままに、生産完了となったカスタムシリーズのサウンドクウォリティーをスタンダードで再現すべく、パーツから生産工程まで全てを見直し、サウンドの調整を施しました。ファットでありながら、スムーズでワイドレンジな”MS SOV”のサウンドを是非体感してください。
入力から出力まで信号を総合的にマネージメントするHTS (Holistic Tonal Solution)サーキット搭載。
驚異的なS/N比の良さ。
