The SBV550, a model based on the SB-7A but with modernized specs, is now in stock!

Alder body with deep-jointed maple neck, rosewood fingerboard, 864mm scale with 20 frets, and neck inserted deeply into the body just before the pickups under the pickguard are also found on Yamaha's high-end models. The pickups are JP layout, with a split coil (R202) and single coil (R100) that were developed exclusively for this instrument. Controls are passive with 2 volume and master tone. Chromatic type pegs, uniquely designed control knobs, and a somewhat retro look make this a rock bass with a lot of charm!

There are sticker marks on the pickguard, and the body is dotted with minor scuffs and scratches. The hardware has some scuffs and scratches, but there are no operational problems and it has been polished relatively well. It has been cleaned and maintained at our repair center and is in good playing condition.

SB-7Aというモデルをベースとし、現代風にスペック改良されたモデル『SBV550』が入荷しました!2001年製と思われます。

アルダーボディにメイプルネックの深めにジョイントされたボルトオン構造、ローズウッド指板20フレットの864mmスケール、ネックがピックガード下のピックアップの手前まで深くボディに差し込んである構造はヤマハの高級モデルなどにも見られます。ピックアップはJPレイアウトとなっており、独自に専用開発されたスプリットコイル(R202)、シングルコイル(R100)を搭載。コントロールには2ボリューム、マスタートーンのパッシヴ仕様です。クロマチックタイプのペグ、独特なデザインのコントロールノブ、どこかレトロな雰囲気が漂うルックスが魅力のロックベースです!

ピックガードにステッカー跡、ボディには細かい擦り傷が点在しております。ハードウェアには多少のすくみや擦れ傷こそ見られますが、動作問題は現状なく、比較的きれいに磨かれております。弊社リペアセンターにてクリーニング・メンテナンス済みで演奏状態良好です。
