USED MUSIC MAN / StingRay EX NAT [Made in Japan]

Sting Ray EX made in Japan by Music Man, 1999 (Neck: 14/5/99, Body: 14/5/99, Pot: JUN 5 97 decal).

Manufactured at a designated factory in Japan using the same hardware as the Music Man USA model, the Sting Ray EX features a maple neck, pasted maple fingerboard, 3-band EQ, muted bridge, and 6-point stop joint plate.

The impressive looks have been retained, and the tight, USA-inspired sound is a real attraction.

Mute sponge is missing and there is a finger rest installation mark on the 4th string side. The treble pot has a very slight chatter. It shows signs of use (color fading/sticker marks on the body back, minor scratches on the elbow, darkening on the back of the neck and fingerboard sides, scuffs and playing scratches, picking marks, buckle marks, cloudy/bitz rust on metal parts and screws, and other exterior damage).

The fretboard has been set up (cleaning, string replacement, rod adjustment, octave adjustment, string height adjustment, fret adjustment, and seal removal) upon arrival, and the fret board is currently low but high enough to play well.
